Human trafficking is a severe violation of human rights that undermines the integrity of assisted reproductive practices. At Flowerday Media Inc., operating as Plaid Fertility Law (“Plaid”), we are committed to ensuring that all third-party family-building arrangements are ethical, transparent, and fair, conducted with the highest respect for the rights and dignity of all participants.

Plaid stands firmly against human trafficking in all its forms, including the exploitation or coercion of Surrogates, Donors, or Intended Parents. We incorporate and advocate for legal frameworks and practices that protect the autonomy, well-being, and rights of all individuals involved, including the children born through these processes. Plaid strongly recommends that all parties to its agreements obtain independent legal counsel, and all terms and conditions included in the web application are based on principles of fairness, voluntariness, and fully informed consent.
